Endlessly curious, Jory has built a career fueled by a passion for the things at the cutting edge of culture. This curiosity has taken him deep into the worlds of fashion, food, music, and travel, always with the underlying drive to entertain and bring joy to the consumer.
Currently, Jory is focused on helping find a better way to make the foods we love healthier, leading the creative and marketing efforts for the mission-driven better-for-you health and wellness company, HumanCo, started by the Co-founder of Hu Chocolate. Prior to joining HumanCo, Jory was responsible for developing and designing the look, feel and voice for the well-known lifestyle apparel brand, vineyard vines.
Jory has always combined the worlds of design and business, approaching his work both creatively and strategically, with a focus on making an impact on the customer experience as well as the long-term growth and profitability of an organization. Notable past work includes the development of vineyard vines’ unique approach and positioning as a lifestyle brand, rooted in authenticity, supported by profiling and incorporating Real People into the fabric of the brands DNA, launching the brand’s "state of mind" Every day should feel this good, the design and build of the Preppiest Office in America, and much more.
A strong conceptual thinker with the capacity to add strategic value to an organization, Jory uses his excellent problem-solving skills, and blend of logical analysis and creativity to be the driving force behind all projects he’s involved with. Jory provides solid leadership, effectively impacting brand development and recognition, cultivating high performing teams, and driving growth.
Personally, and professionally traveling to some of the coolest places on the planet, living out his dreams of being a rock star playing guitar in multiple bands, getting lost in the woods, cooking and eating amazing food, and spending time with his incredible wife and two inspiring kids fill the rest of Jory's days… when he should probably be getting some sleep.
